 该型搅拌器采用目前最先进的环面蜗杆传动技术，具有体积小、承载力大、传动效率高、使用寿命长、节约成本等特点，适用于高端泥浆循环系统配套，是老式搅拌器的替代产品。输入轴最大转速为1500转/分，当环境温度低于0°时，必须加温至0°以上或更换低温润滑油。在钻井液循环系统中使泥浆混合均匀、性能稳定，避免了固相颗粒沉积，配合除砂器、除泥器、离心机使用，减少泥浆中有害的固相颗粒，满足钻井的需求。
